LIFE
Application
The EALA Division (Eco-Architecture and Life Application) is centred on the development of building technologies and life applications. The division contains of 4 departments including Building Performance Simulation, Building Technology Research and Collaboration, RD in House and The Life Application. The division plans to carry out novel researches and products developments for our clients.
01. Research Collaboration
The EALA has collaboration links with academic research, institutes and centers, where develop novel building technology and living appliances. We also have many associate manufactures and great link to other major manufactures. The collaboration provides highly potential on developing research to commercial products.
02. Building Performance Simulation
The EALA provides the investigations of building performance simulation to serve the purpose for specific requirements from clients. The work in the Building Performance Simulations Department includes the simulation of visual, acoustic, ventilation, and thermal environment for buildings as well as the energy uses. It can provide high quality and accuracy prediction for improving the design of buildings. Our research team employs a systematic way to analyses the modelling results and then recommends the design strategy to optimize the building environments.
03. The Life Application
The department focuses on the development of daily-life related appliances that can improve our living qualities. The research-based department plans to work into various areas such as materials, furniture, building facility and so on. The wide research interests will offer more services and establish more business opportunities for our clients.
04. R & D in house
Research and development are also carried out in the EALA based on the support from investors and Unitxin itself. Interdisciplinary researches between energy, building, environment and so on are planned to be accomplished in this department. A various building related products such as light pipes, solar collector, wind turbine…etc have been investigating in the department of EALA. It will provide valuable data and foundations to product developments and business assessments.
